Subprocessors

Effective 2026-10-27. Version 2026-10-27.

The companies below process information for ClientGen LLC to run ClientGen Reach. Each one receives only what its job needs. Version 2026-10-27, effective 2026-10-27. We update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor and email firm admins about the change.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)

Hosting and infrastructure: application hosting (Workers), the database that holds accounts, lists, drafts, orders, reviews, archive records and the audit log (D1), sign-in codes, sessions and rate counters (KV), brand files, uploaded artwork and nightly backups (R2), the automated image check on uploaded photos (Workers AI), and rate limiting. Processes every category of information described in the privacy notice. Also: business-card text extraction (Workers AI) and short-lived review data (KV).

Resend, Inc. (United States)

Transactional email. Receives the recipient address and message content for sign-in codes, order and kit confirmation links, review notifications, hosted page response alerts, archive-address verification, and the archive record emails journaled to a firm's verified archive address (which contain the rendered piece, the recipient snapshot and the review decision).

Stripe, Inc. (United States)

Seat subscription checkout, invoicing, the customer billing portal, and charges for confirmed pieces and gifts when printing and mailing are on for a firm. Receives the firm admin's email and billing details entered at checkout. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach ClientGen.

Lob.com, Inc. (United States)

Printing and mailing of confirmed postcards. Receives the rendered front and back of the piece, recipient names and postal addresses, and the firm's return address. Reports production and mailing events back to ClientGen.

Handwrytten, Inc. (United States)

Writing and mailing of confirmed handwritten notes. Receives the note text, recipient names and postal addresses, and the firm's return address. Reports production and mailing events back to ClientGen.

Our gift partner (a US gift fulfillment company)

Packing and shipping of confirmed gifts. For each gift it receives the recipient's name and street address, the gift chosen, and the card message the advisor wrote, which carries the sending firm's name. It does not receive email addresses, phone numbers, notes, tags or the rest of the mailing list. ClientGen places each order with it only after the advisor confirms the gift, and records the order and shipping details it provides. It uses recipient information only to fulfill that gift, and its terms with ClientGen bind it not to market to recipients. The partner keeps its own record of each order; its terms with ClientGen do not set a deletion date.

Anthropic, PBC (United States)

AI model API used for the automated second review of rendered marketing copy at draft time, under ClientGen's own account and separate from any user's Claude subscription. Receives the rendered copy of the draft (headline, message, disclosures); does not receive the recipient list. Used only when this check is enabled in ClientGen's configuration.

Google LLC, Google Fonts (United States)

Serves typefaces to hosted personal pages. A visitor's browser requests the font files from Google directly, so Google receives the visitor's network address and browser details for that request. Font requests do not intentionally include form responses; network and browser metadata can still be transmitted.
